Gradual, Sequential, Inevitable

I am ever convinced of the Mystic Academy's evolution. To my mind the need to move was merely a physical (albeit virtual) trigger for a more meaningful conversation; one where we needed to look to a greater idea for the Academy. With a meeting to come on April 19th at 2.30pm I look forward to many people attending, both with interest and a knowing for the right and perfect evolution for the MA.

Dragon and the team have certainly set a more communicative tone, and I was pleased to log in recently and notice minutes appearing as group notices and on the MA website. I believe that good communication is going to be essential. And good communication is two way; that means that we can only benefit as you communicate your thoughts as well.

From what I can tell the next meeting on April 19th will be focused on a couple of essential topics:
- Show you all the new land
- Discuss the intended MA vision and invite discussion
- Outline processes and structure to help ensure that the MA thrives

I am seeing a gradual, sequential and inevitable evolution. Clearly with the land parcel acquisition in place we are now position to lay the foundation. If you are reading this blog in time I encourage you to make the meeting on April 19th. And if you cannot make this meeting then please reach out to Dragon, Nickster, or anyone else (including myself) who is clearly putting themselves 'out there' in terms of sharing the news of what is going on.

For my part I have to express delight at how things are beginning to shape up. I foresee that the new ideas and structures being proposed will do much to help the MA to shift from good to great. Wouldn't you like to be a part of that?
