1) Newsletter: Elborath reported that the newsletter was almost ready. Dragon is preparing a foreword and then it will be ready for publication.

2) Google Calendar: The prim calendar is to be phased out within the next fortnight. Please will all guides go to; http://sites.google.com/site/mysticacademy/
and sign up so they can enter their own classes into the calendar. It is easiest if people have their own Google account and then they can sign up to the MA calendar from there.

Catfish will give people individual training on how to use the Google Calendar – please IM him.

3) Ban Guidelines: Elborath sent out proposed banning guidelines. Arawyn suggested that we add the freezing option into them. Lizzy Renard sent Elborath some griefing guidelines notes from another group. Elborath to read and add anything relevant to our guidelines. These are very long and we probably cover the important details in our more concise guidelines. Amended guidelines attached.

4) Moon Valley Event: Elborath found (at short notice) that Moon Valley (the Merediths) were holding a multi sim event. We have managed to get a slot at 32pm SLT. After discussion it was agreed that Elizabeth Spieler would hold her Hula class and Elborath would follow that up with a deep relaxation.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS

a) Amber Audebarn wanted to know if the group would be interested in a class about running a successful Ebay Business. The group was positive about this. ACTION: Elborath and Amber

b) Catfish String queried the number of notices people send for their classes. He feels that people find multiple notices irritating and fail to spot classes because they just close the notices without reading them. The consensus was to send a blue notice of a class a day before it is due, then 15mins before then use group chat. Teachers are also asked to make sure that they put their classes on the Google Calendar and to enter it in the events.
