Hi there,
As a working member of the MA staff, where I also teach, I have a short "wish" list.
1. A easily accessible and visible outlay of not only our lounge but also more classrooms, on ground level!!
This helps new guides get used to the whole process of teaching at MA and, allows new people to SL a confusion free way of finding a class.
Not to mention it helps bring class size and thus exposure way up by visiting "drop ins" who may find a unexpected but delightful experience, suddenly being involved in a discussion or class lecture.
2. Room for more traditional type class rooms, for our more traditional type instructors!! I believe that if that is provided in its own environment, apart and quiet we may grow more diversity and selection of our guides and therefore classes.
3.More built in staff accessible multimedia aids and areas, for those wishing to view podcasts or Youtube, for example and our library, which can be in its own area, quiet and out of the first stream of traffic.
4.Commercial free and much less lag, with textures used that are designed for this effect. I also feel, 2 levels at the most is plenty, for people to have to negotiate in finding us.
Alright I could go on but I'll look to see everyone's ideas and suggestions, hope to see yours :))
