1) Apologies: Jane Atkey sent her apologies

2) Student Questionnaire: Top is progressing well with the inworld access to the student questionnaire. The build is done – now he needs to add questions. They must not be open ended. It was suggested that the original questions on Sheena’s questionnaire could be adapted. ACTION: Elborath/Sheena

3) Feedback from the events of 21st and 22nd of June: Unfortunately no one present had been able to be at the events on 21st June with the exception of Sheena who had been there for the last five minutes and reported that it seemed lots of people had attended and gave very positive feedback. Elborath thanked the participants of the event on the 21st June – FireStaar and Caryl and Mel Meredith – and also thanked StarRose for her great organisation and scheduling. Sheena, Silverlight and Top had attended the Trance event on the 22nd of June and all said that it had been extraordinary and impressive.

4) Staff Board: Elborath directed the attention of the group to the staff page on the website: http://www.mysticacademy.org/ma/node/204 and asked the opinion of the group as to whether the staff board should be on the website rather than in the MA lounge. There was very positive feedback to the staff page on the website and general agreement to have it on the website with links to the website in the lounge (suggested by Arawn). Silverlight Indigo would like staff to be able to edit their own bio page. Elborath reported that at the moment she cannot upload any more pictures. Dragon is investigating. ACTION: Elborath/Dragon

5) Mystic Shopping: Several people commented that they did not know about the shopping arcade on the first floor of the Academy building. Arawn suggests a noticeboard outside the building directing people’s attention to the area. He also suggested making the stairs a tp to the upstairs of the Academy. The group felt more goods were needed and Silverlight would like them to be the kind of things that will help people in mystical journeying. It was agreed that the existing Bazaar needs to be more visible – it could be moved onto the MA parcel or the two parcels could be merges so the two buildings could be closer together. Arawn suggested a large bridge between the two which could also have shops on it and would naturally draw ppl from the Bazaar to MA. The idea of outside stalls was also floated. Silverlight has some LMs for areas with outdoors shopping and FireStaar will check them out.

Dragon is working with Arianna on the vendors on the first floor and asked that nobody returns anything owned by her.

6) Chat: Last week the chat on the Mystic Academy IMs was overwhelming. Dragon has opened up the Mystic Chatroom to everybody. This is for general chat and the Mystic Academy IM is for announcements. Arawn reminded the group that the Mystic Chatroom is the group ID that enables the special Mystic Academy Tip Jars. Dragon asked the group whether it would be better to have a chat room on the website. The group were positive about the suggestion so Dragon is to investigate the possibility. ACTION: Dragon

a) Arawn has been working with low prim teleporters which are ready. He has also been working with low prim fire pits which are also seat rezzers.

b) Ex Noel was contacted by The Looking Glass magazine:

Ex had been contacted by the events reporter and asked for info on her class this week. The magazine will publish our events. ACTION: Elborath
