In RL I'm a 37 year old mexican mom and wife. I've been a college and highschool teacher since 1994, teaching "Info Tech Use". I started with meditation practice in my teens. I don't do it as often as I should nowadays, but usually conduct and design guided visualizations to help my children fall asleep.

Natural pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding are my recent interests, along with natural family living.

In SL I seek to be an inspirational voice for those in search for a more natural way of being. My mind is flooded with sounds and images that sure belong to somebody else... I need to deliver so many messages! Can some of them be yours?
